Conduct

  1. Minimum age of (16) is required to sign up and attend classes at Saung Budaya Studio.

  2. Only sneakers, dance shoes, exercise shoes and/or bare feet (no boots or tap shoes) allowed on the dance floor.

  3. No food on the dance floor (light snacks and beverages allowed in designated area only)

  4. No horseplay allowed in/outside of the studio. 

  5. Cursing, yelling, abusive language or disruptive behavior toward any Saung Budaya Studio staff and/or any of our guests/clients will NOT be tolerated.

  6. No alcohol or drug use allowed.

  7. Keep the studio door closed at all times.

  8. Each group of clients needs to have a designated representative who will be held accountable for the behavior of their group. That representative will identify themselves when they book and again when checking into the studio.

  9. Hallways must be a quiet zone. There is to be no rehearsing, warming up or loitering in the hallways. 

  10. Please keep all common areas free of debris and in a neat condition. This includes but is not limited to the dressing area, waiting areas, bathrooms, etc. Client will be responsible for any damages that may occur.

  11. All equipment must be placed back in its original space and all trash put in the trash cans. It is the client's responsibility to set up and break down all outside or Saung Budaya Studio provided equipment during their allotted time. Please check that no personal belongings have been left behind. Saung Budaya Dance LLC. is not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.

  12. Clients must arrive on time. Time will not be extended for tardiness. Clients must vacate their space on time to accommodate the next client coming in. No exceptions will be made.

  13. Specification of use of space must be pre-arranged with management prior to renting.

  14. Management reserves the right to remove anyone who violates this agreement and terminate the use of the facility.


Payment

  1. All bookings must be paid in full before entering the studio unless other arrangements have been made with management.

  2. Full Payment is due one week from the class date.


Cancellation

  1. Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to the class date for a full refund.

  2. Any cancellations made after the cancellation window will not be refunded.
